CASTING FOR EXTRA ROLES
We are looking to populate our bigger scenes with background extras from the game itself. To see what roles are available, we've arranged the cast list below in a very user-friendly manner. Roles already cast appear with a blackened circle. Roles still available appear with a whitened circle. To read a character description, please click on the role that interests you for pertinent character information such as age, preferred body type, physical demands, etc.
Extra roles listed below will be included in the film based on available budget, therefore, if you have a cosplay of any of these characters, that is a plus, since we will not have the money to create costumes for all of these iconic characters.
We are looking to populate Hyrule Castle Market Town, Kakariko Village, and Kokiri Village.
Interested in being an extra but don't have a game-centric cosplay but have a medieval / Renaissance-style costume? Still send us your info with a picture of your costume.
Don't have a cosplay or appropriate clothing for the film? Still send us your info. If we have budget, we can get "thrifty" and buy articles to complete a good look for you. If you are interested in being in the film and we, however, do not have the budget to make you a costume, you can ask for tips on how to cheaply and thriftily make your own in order to be selected for an extra position on the film.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
To submit for extra roles for "LEGACY" please be sure to browse available roles above and select characters in your type and age range. Remember that you can click on the pictures to view more info about the character and requirements for the role.
Once you've selected the roles you're interested in, email our production company, Bleeding Edge Productions, at thebleedingedge2014@gmail.com. Your subject heading should read: "Submission for (insert character name) role in Legacy film."
In the body of your email, you should reiterate the character/s you're interested in auditioning for. Please attach at least one headshot and photos of yourself in costume. Please attach a video in the email. This video needs to include your name and a short explanation of why you want to be involved with this film. If you do not have access to record video, please, write in your email.
We also want to convey our sincerest hopes that these will be paid positions, but due to high budget estimates in covering our production costs, it is unlikely that any actors/crew will be paid. We already have a lot of cast and crew signed on that are giddy to work as volunteers for the passion of the project, for the passion to create something that will stand the test of time immemorial like our great hero. We have actors from Michigan and West Virigina coming in for the film with this understanding, and we hope that you, too, will understand the limits of our budget and come to this project with the payment of being part of some magical being enough. We hope that being an upaid extra will not deter you from applying.
We shoot spring/summer (dates TBD), in the Ohio area.
